A Letter To Our Church Family...

Dear Church Family of FBC: ‘Praise the LORD! God is GOOD’!
We have the opportunity to encourage our sister church, the House of Prayer, in Khudyaki, Ukraine, and many more in the nation of Ukraine!
Pastor Wendell will minister in Ukraine with the MBC Love Lift For Ukraine Team March 17-28, 2010.
He will be involved in three main ministries:
· Minister to our sister church by Preaching, visiting, and encouraging the church, and he will
invest time mentoring Alexey, pastor-in-training;
· Teach in the Part 3 [following last year’s Part 2] ‘Train Up A Child Parenting Conferences’ in
regional cities throughout Ukraine; and,
· Preach in other settings/churches throughout the trip.
Pastor Wendell needs our prayers and support as he prepares and then serves on this mission.
This trip is outside of our regular Church Mission Budget. The expenses of this mission trip will be $5,000.00. We will receive freewill gifts from members and friends of FBC to cover theses costs.
We will have a Celebrate Missions Dinner on Sunday, March 7th, following our Worship Celebration
Service. Plan to have dinner with us on the 7th! Let’s celebrate our God that is ‘Good All the Time’!
In the meantime, please pray and give as the Lord leads you. You may give/send gifts at any time to FBC or to the MN Baptist Conference, 1901 W. Cty. Rd #-2, St. Paul, MN 55112.

As you may recall, when Donna Sahlin was with us, she said that the number 1 request of all the sister church pastors was to have the pastors of their sister church visit them for mentoring and encouragement.
Also, we have just received word that the MBC will be able to send a container of clothing, shoes, boots, peanut butter and rice. Watch for more information. March is a great time/opportunity for helping the needy in our Sister Church & community. God is at work in a mighty way in Ukraine! We are positioned to help release God’s great blessings!
